“I just wanted to say thank you for being such a great nursery. I wish Ofsted could see the small things day-to-day as you should have an outstanding rating. Our school nursery is rated "outstanding" and it is adequate but the reality is that they are not a patch on Beehive. Every single key worker that has cared for both A and O at Beehive has been amazing. Each time they have a change of key worker, I worry that they won't be as good as the last one, but each time I have been proved wrong and they have been amazing. Not only have our kids been really happy at Beehive but I also feel really happy for them to be there. Every time I collect them, the staff who have been looking after them seem to be just as excited to tell me about their day as I am to hear about it. They have all taken time to get to know our kids really well and have clearly built up lovely relationships with them. I feel like they genuinely take pride in seeing them grow. This shouldn't be underestimated as it definitely isn't the case at every nursery so you are clearly doing it right. I also love that they get to be messy and explore.
